I have not been able to take batch actions from entity views. (Example: select all tasks in a table of tasks from their project entity.) Is this an intentional restriction?

It is not implemented. We did not want to clutter this view, but we will think how to do it

Not at the moment: we haven’t seen much demand yet, only a couple of requests.
