Are these entities? Or documents?  
If the latter, then My Space is the right place for them.

We’re working on reducing the number of situations where admin level is required, so perhaps your colleagues can get by with only being creators in certain spaces?

If that’s still not enough, then maybe [private databases](https://community.fibery.io/t/private-database-my-space/3868) is what you need, rather than Fibery-to-Fibery integration.  
Just a thought.
