# I have a project and task database, I want to create an automation that create a project every week and want to created tasks like 5-10. How can I create tasks and related them to the NEW project created on step 1?

I have a project and task database, I want to create an automation that create a project every week and want to created tasks like 5-10. How can I create tasks and related them to the NEW project created on step 1?

Creating a Project Template and Task Template database.

Then the automation every week sets the project template, then you have separate automatikns which pull the tasks from the project template’s task templates to the newly created project.
