I’m importing lots of content from notion. Theres an option in the rich text to import as html or as markdown, Whats the difference? Can’t find info in the user guide.

This Markdown / HTML selector is a part of our common integration system.
The selector allows to customize what type of content to expect from an integration. Notion integration is designed to work with markdown syntax only.
If you select HTML, actually you will see the original markdown text.
It would probably be logical step to turn off the HTML option - we will consider this.
