# Grouping not set when creating an entity in board view

I am experiencing a bug where I have a board view of a Tasks database where the columns are “State” and the entities are grouped by “Area”. The bug is that when I create a new Task by tapping the new task button **in the group** , then the task is not assigned that grouping (Area), it just jumps to the “No Area” group. This happens both on desktop and mobile.
