# \[✔︎ FIXED\] Vizydrop chart error

Hi - not sure what this means but when I click a vizydrop chart I made before in the Tasks app, I get:

```auto
Vizydrop app initializer error
Window did not load after 5000ms

```

Also I cannot create a new one, either.
