Very much agree! I created an idea for this last year. The Y Page and the Page (any duplicate versions of database names) are part of different Spaces with different group permissions set. Once entity level permissions is implemented for groups in access templates, this workaround is not necessary any more. Am I correct? ---

Unfortunately that won’t suffice because its not (only) the number of databases appearing, it is also the number of automation buttons. Yes, a scroll bar would solve the UI issue, will log it. It doesn’t address the topic as described in the title: ‘needs filters or folders’ though 🤷 ---

That would fix the real issue instead of only a scroll bar. FYI - I have NEVER used the right-click menu to click a button! I would remove all buttons from the menu. Related: [Button group dropdown field - #4 by Yuri\_BC](https://community.fibery.io/t/button-group-dropdown-field/6396/4) If you can group buttons, then the UI can show in the same way as the “Convert to…” on the right click. Saving space for actions that are similar. (For example, looking at your buttons, “AI” could be a group, or all timer functions, (Start, stop, reset) could be a group. Saving space.) Still doesnt fix the overflow bug though. ---

I guess this is a good FiberFlow candidate, although I consider it an issue. Ideally buttons need to have a status ‘Pinned’ which make them show or hide from the right-click context menu ---

We dont have a long right-click menu, but there have been several times that the menu extends below the screen (when right-clicking an item that is, itself, close to the bottom). ---

Because we never use buttons in either the actions panel or the right-click context menu, I applied the following FiberFlow tweak css: ```auto .r19im9cu.buttons_actions { display: none; } ``` ---
