# \[FIXED\] Not all pdfs have a thumbnail in files field

Not all of the pdfs have a thumbnail image of the document. I’m not sure what determines when a thumbnail is generated, but this seems like a bug to me. I expect all pdfs to have a thumbnail of the first page. This is in the Windows app.
