I agree that the multi-entity view in the pro plan was a non-starter - I didn’t even look too closely at it when I saw that. And I don’t agree with this:

The feature of restricting the viewable history has almost made my team depart Fibery:

We have been using Fibery faithfully since 2019, so years of history, and we frequently have active stuff that will extend for 1 - 2 yrs (long projects, objectives, company themes, etc.). It was actually a shock for me to click the “clock” just now and see only 90 days.

It’s another thing that I think should be standard and costs 66% more, and I’m not the only one expressing this opinion:

If I view an entity that was created recently but has links to older entities what happens? I’m not sure for a product management perspective limiting your “backlog window” to 90 days can really work. Same if you use fibery as a crm, or to log user tests.

It works for slack because it’s the right balance between frustration and easiness to overcome (its a chat app, conversations can be had again). Seems more problematic for an app that is designed to facilitate inputting as much data as possible inside it. But I guess it depends on usage.

Disturbing to see this trend of adding key features to the pro plan…and in case you want to remind me again that you intended to limit activity log to 90 days 3 years ago, that doesn’t change the fact that you didn’t charge for it until recently.

So count me among those very disappointed to see a big release move into the pro plan - makes me wonder what else will wind up there.
