# Fibery Win app: "Couldn't sign you in" error - why?

When I open an app I get this error:

> Couldn’t sign you in

Before that I tried to authenticate. I chose my account as usual but then got this error. Re-installation didn’t help. At the same time, Fibery is working just fine in my Chrome.

What should I do to not see this error anymore?
