> If Fibery wants to limit the capabilities of Free / Standard users to encourage account owners to upgrade, it might’ve offered only Editor access via User relation linking, since that would both limit Users’ powers while also being “safer”. Instead, they’ve limited this mechanism to the most powerful option, at some added risk. I suppose I don’t need to understand the reasons, but I wonder if they might reconsider some day.

Yep, I agree, this sounds weird, especially from a fresh user’s perspective. The main reason it’s Owner, not Editor, is backward compatibility with the Contributor Space access that is [about to be deprecated](https://community.fibery.io/t/feedback-needed-contributor-access/8429). We don’t want to force people to upgrade to Pro just to preserve their setup.

At some point, this reasoning won’t be as strong, and we’ll likely switch the allowed default to Editor.

Thanks for sharing your perspective!
