# \[DONE\] When creating an entity in a document I'd like to see the most recent database first on the list

Currently I need to select the database each time I create an entity. When I takes notes of a usability test recording, I create lots of entities that point to the same database (insights) so it would be much quicker for me if the recent database is listed as the first one.  
The same would apply to the pinned fields - recent choices presented on top of the lists.
