Hi, folks. I’m creating a report that aggregates and displays all gmails (brought in via the integration) related to particular projects. I have a formula field in the Gmail database that uses the message ID to find the individual message in my Gmail inbox.

It works fine when I’m using it myself within the Fibery interface, but I’d like to include that URL (as a clickable or at least cut-and-pasteable) link within a table report. When I click on it it just takes me to the window to look at the original data, which also seems to be non-clickable or copyable.

Is there some way to deal with this? Thanks.

Are you looking for a link to open the email in your Gmail?

Report view does not support clickable urls, but when you click on data in a report view, it should show you the original data, and you can click on the id to be taken to the source entity.

But my reports are made for guests/sharing and those folks don’t have access to the original data.

Basically, yes. But since I want others to be able to click on them, too, I settled for a URL that searches for the message ID.
