# \[DONE\] App survives Space duplication via Template, but is empty / non-functional in the target workspace

Hi team,
I’ve been playing with the new **Apps in Fibery** feature (vibecoding apps directly inside Fibery) — really nice so far, and it works well within the workspace where I build the App.
However, I ran into what looks like a bug when moving a Space between workspaces:
**What I did**
1. Built a working App inside a Space in Workspace A.
2. Used the **Template function** to copy that Space into another Workspace B.
**What happened**
- The Space is copied over correctly, and the App _appears_ to come along (it shows up in the target workspace).
- But in Workspace B the App is **empty / not usable** — it doesn’t render or function like it does in the source workspace.
**What I expected**
- The App should be fully functional in the target workspace after the Space is duplicated, just like the rest of the Space’s content.
**Notes / questions**
- Is App code/config supposed to be included in Space templates at all right now, or is this a known limitation of the current Apps preview?
- If it’s intended to carry over, then something in the App’s data/config isn’t being transferred (it looks like only a shell/reference comes along, but not the actual App content).
Happy to provide the workspace names, the App, or a screen recording if that helps reproduce it.

Templates do not support Apps, it will be implemented in the next several weeks.

Added in latest release and templates support Apps now
