I’ve searched the forum, but only found dead ends. Is it possible to determine a cycle time from the historical reports? (I.e. the time difference between a workflow state change from state A to state B and the state change from F to G).

I don’t even know where to start in the report builder, but this wouldn’t be the first time the community surprises me with ingenious, creative solutions.

(The obvious alternative would be tracking state changes in (a) separate date field(s) and go from there, but I’m explicitly looking for a solution that works with existing data.)

Thanks,

Lars

You can use the Duration field that is available in historical reports.
