# Company Operating System in Fibery: HR, Payroll, Finance, CRM & Operations

Over the last few years, I’ve been building company operating systems in Fibery for teams of roughly 50–300 people.
I recently put together a demo workspace that shows how different business functions can work inside one connected Fibery model instead of being split across separate tools and spreadsheets.
The demo includes:
- **Employee 360 & Company Structure**
Employee profiles, departments, managers, roles, access logic and historical employee records.
- **Employee Lifecycle**
Onboarding, changes of employment terms, internal HR tasks and offboarding processes.
- **Leaves & Overtime**
Vacation and sick leave requests, balances, calendars, overtime approvals and automation rules.
- **Payroll & Employee Cost**
Salary components, bonuses, overtime, taxes, payment methods, payslips and total employee cost.
- **Finance & Payment Requests**
Payment requests, approval flows, accounts, allocation rules, transfers and multi-currency operations.
- **FP&A & Management Reporting**
Financial responsibility centers, budgets, actuals, plan vs actual and online P&L.
- **CRM & Operations**
Clients, internal projects, tasks, workflows and operational processes connected to the same company data model.
What I find most valuable in Fibery is not any single workflow, but the ability to build a **connected company model**.
When one source of truth changes — for example an employee’s department, manager, salary terms or project assignment — that change can automatically affect related processes, responsibilities, approvals, access and reporting.
This is usually where Fibery becomes much more than a project management tool.
I work as a **Fibery Partner & Business Process Architect** , helping companies design or rebuild operational systems in Fibery, including migrations from tools such as Asana, Notion and spreadsheets.

I’ve noticed that “Explore the Fibery demo” leads to authorisation screen. Is it expected? Maybe link is wrong and it should have a publicly shared one?
