# Comments 'easy mode'

Hi there, I’ve been gathering feedback from my team and clients. All of them have experience working with different SaaS tools with various technical background.  
One thing that really stands out - even if there’s prompt Type / for commands - it’s ‘scary’ for most of the people. Having a basic toolbar would be great! The most requested option was to have a Add attachment button. It’s especially important for mobile users where all the markdown operations are quite complicated.  
What do you think? Or maybe i’m missing some ‘display as’ funcionality?
