# BUG: cursor-down weirdness in Rich Text Code Block

When the cursor is within a Code Block in a Rich Text, hitting `Cursor Down` moves the cursor entirely out of the Code Block to the next following section in the Rich Text.

`Cursor Up` works correctly.
