# Best approach to email replies

Hello, I’m trying to use Fibery as my primary email client. I understand that there is an option to reply using button but I cannot figure out how to achieve classic features:

- reply to sender
- reply to all
- quote previous message / messages
- add signature to email
- allow to create custom message (with quoted message and signature already included)

Is this something that is actually achievable? I went through docs and it seems to me that I can only reply and write my own message. Nothing about signatures, quotes or reply to all. Thank you.

Fibery is far from good as a email client and this was never a goal. I personally do not recommend to use Fibery as a primary email client. It is OK to write some emails to customers if you store them in Fibery CRM, but overall it will be a poor experience.

Almost all things you mentioned are not there out of the box.

While we do have some plans and ideas to improve them, like add signatures, etc.

Well I can see most important features are there. For me Fibery email integeation is already something that Notion brings as innovative. I can filter, categorize, color code and interconnect emails to other parts od fibery. Only thing I’m missing is simplified reply 🙂

I do agree and we will think how to make it good.
