# Automation: Add Lock/Unlock on Entities/Documents; & Remove user and NOT all user

1. ability to update the entity to have it Lock or Unlock. Currently, we need to manually do it in our wikis/single source of truth documents to prevent accidental edits.
2. when we set our documents as complete/finish, we want to remove some of the editors from those entities on a particular field. However, in the automation, the only option is to REMOVE ALL users from that field. Unlike from the add a new user in the field where we can add incremental users, we need a feature to incrementally/selectively determine who to remove from the field/entity.
