# Any way to know who created a View, Whiteboard, Report, or Document?

Sometimes – very often 😅 and quickly – Spaces become messy like teenagers’ bedrooms 🤯

Elements – e.g. Views, Whiteboards, Forms, etc.. – are created by ~~teenagers~~ people but gets added at the top of the space hierarchy…

In order to chase the culprits, I’d like to know who created what 👮 – but it seems the Activity log page only shows Entity/DB related activity.

Is there any other way to achieve it? 🙏

The workspace activity log should definitely show who created views etc.

Oh! I did not think about looking for the “View” in “Entity Database” ✨ 🙏

And, if I recall correctly, Document will be migrated to Entities and I guess I will be able to do the same.

Reports and Whiteboards will remain.

I would consider this a hack. It would be nice to be able to see this info from the document itself as some meta data.

Edit:  
If documents will be migrated to entities, that will probably be solved.

Sure, it would be good to have.
