I am wondering if there is a way of adding an individual entity to the navigation bar? I know it is possible to nest documents within the navigation bar structure and it is possible to make individual entities favourites, but I can’t seem to find a way of adding them to the space navigation. The only thing I could think of was using smart folders and setting the filter such that only the desired entity is returned. However, that doesn’t seem very clean.

I think it would be helpful to be able to do that as in some cases a few entities might be important to highlight to users or be gateways into the data structure. Ability to embed entity views inside documents (and build dashboards) in the future might reduce this need but I thought I ask if there is way of achieving this.

The only ways I’m aware of are:

1. Smart folders
2. Starring for personal use

Overall I would also wish that entities and documents would be 100% equal, but I assume there’s some technical reasons, but it’d be neat.

The other thing you can do, Is to create a document and link from there. Yea, not the same as a menu entry, but also allows to add some commentary. 😉
