# 1-column layout forced default, wtf?

The default layout for _new_ entity views was [changed in March](https://community.fibery.io/t/march-13-2025-weekend-days-setting-avoid-weekends-on-timeline-better-required-fields-ui/8437):

but it should only affect new dbs/entity views.

Existing entity view layouts should not have been affected, so this shouldn’t be happening 😬
